Frage von MBN:Hello,
You are my last hope.
I've read lots of posts, but my problem has still not been resolved and because I do not rumprobierend additional hour in front of the PC wants to spend, I hope someone can help me.
So, I have the following WMV (GSpot of data):
Resolution: 416 x 232 (AR 1.7931 52:29)
25 kbps
Sys Bitrate: 643 kb / s
Video: Windows Media 9
Codec: WMV3 WMP v9 (VC-1 Simple / Main)
Audio: 44100Hz 32 kb / s (1 chnl) mono 1-pass CBR
Windows Media Audio Player 9.1
Codec: 0x0161 (WMA v2)
Size 196 MB
I'm trying desperately now, the file with TMPGEnc into a SVCD / VCD, convert them to s.TV anzugucken.
Unfortunately the video is either sharp (but small and more to see black bars) or distorted and blurred out. Already have a variety of settings (1:1 VGA, 16:9, 4:3 or 16:9 or 4:3 PAL) tried, but nothing works.
The Programs for editing are also available:
Virtual Dub MPEG
AviSynth
Avi2DVD
I hope someone can help me. Synonymous'm grateful for any links.
Thank you very much
Heike
Antwort von Markus:
Hello Heike,
the crux of the matter is that the video of the original size (in the case of better-quality SVCD) to 480 × 576 pixels to be inflated. This will remove the bad impression of sharpness, as new details are not added.
You could possibly try, with a filter a la
Topaz Enhancethings up.
