What do you want to actually say? I was quite cool on a search engine on the Internet out of the question. Helping people help themselves! The course requires a minimum s.Eigeninitiative, but it clearly sustainable :-)

Before a nonsensical list comes with all the thousands of programs that can do this, I would like to submit a general recommendation.
The best free encoder is LAME with distance. What you always synonymous for a program used, it should (like PowerLAME) encoder to this back.
When it comes to audio CD of the whole source, there are for Windows only really reliable Ripper: EAC (Exact Audio Copy). This too is a free tool and it is really worth it and this is not any other ripper to use (because synonymous Lame elegantly integrate it).
No other Ripper recognizes as reliable, if there were errors in reading - and who ever the digital copy and crackling roar heard knows what I'm talking about.
