which software is recommended for capturing an analog cable signal? Have been using InterVideo WindDVR 3, but am unzufriden so much, because some bugs are present and there have ruined me some shots.

I fear that you shall at s.der wrong place. The most important thing when capturing analog AV signals is an intelligent A / D converter. Do you have a such, namely, you can take each capture tool or any video editing program.

Or I had with the "cable signal understood" wrong and you are looking for only a possibility, TV shows (using the included cable TV card)?

Yes, with cable signal I thought analogue cable television üner add a TV card that I already have.
As I said, with WindDVR 3 I'm not really satisfied.
What is the current, good software is handy for such things?
