I know there is something about Camera Filters written synonymous in here. But I would like to report your experience, what filter you use the Rotate - before the camera screws. What you take for example, to bold and saturated colors to get? One pole filter? Or more?

Someone has told me the next light filter synonymous always something that is cost-Color by each filter, the colors are somewhat paler. Pol-filter if it is really nice to be in color - Image film about a certain landscape, for example. Or if wegmüssen reflexes. The colors are pretty much saturated with sunlight s.besten of the Page. Does not yet unnatural, halt "Postcard" :-)
Then another Grauverlaufs filter, too much contrast to the sky - to alleviate motif.
For an S / W-clip I have even a yellow filter. Thus we get the complementary color (blue) darkened. Although the picture is then completely yellow, but once the color is completely out, like myself Effect of yellow filters in black and white photography: white cloud with a dark sky. Still See attached image.
With the polarizer changes the effect depending on the position of the sun, so it was therefor not usable.

Now as a UV filter or pole can you take the filter XY B & W, Heliopan, Hoya (Hama would even go ;-))
But if you want to play with color, there is only my Meihnung Cokin! http://www.cokin.com/ (the synonymous ne mat Box seh I have just the first time someone with the experience?)
Filter is quite often a mere money question. I have to Dato, in photography, nor anyone who dares to assert that he shoot better pictures because he is a B & W instead of a HOYA use. Polarizer! especially when taking pictures through glass and water! you should just take the best. When angling (paintball), for example, there are different colors
Here I have found
Yellow / Orange for dimmer view (Forest Twilight "synonymous for night blind motorists, as my Mom or a friend highly recommended)
Gray / brown with bright view (on the open sea or ocean)
Of course this is only my Meihnung, and who has a better explanation, PLEASE REGISTER.
Color filters - which are, for example by PhotoShop a bit out of fashion, I have noticed (but no preference as to get Cokin Filterauch cheap on Ebay :-)))

for me s.häufigsten filter in use is gray
verlauf filter (in various strengths, depending on the contrast) and circular polarizing filters.
But ultimately it depends on what you mainly do.

If I shoot without a matte box is always a UV filter as protection for the front lens attached.
Depending on the purpose then Circ. Polarizer filters and different course, mostly ND, rare Farbverlaufsfilter.
At least come stylisation filter (from the P-series Cokin of) the use of which I am most still photo from the area have. I listened to a recording device for my mill can compendium. Wooden mind ;-)

I use filters only in conjunction with a matte. The only exception is the common UV filter in front of the lens as protection.
Circular polarizer quite rare. Actually, only different ND filter (of TIFF), which I needed cheap and only have anden.

Funny that I'm not the only one:
I have a few more synonymous Cokin color filter, which I glued a plastic profile did so in the filter holder Mattebox hold. However, I had a few of them sort out, because the plastic surface of light streaks in it.

I've only synonymous thought I was the only but now I know a few which have done so ;-)
It's a pity they are not made of coated glass are manufactured.
