Hi,

I would like to encode my DV-AVI (for preparation of VideoCDs and DVDs) like Canopus Procoder Express. The encoder can, for example while in Canopus Let's Edit 2 integrate LE2 but I do not like so well. I am looking therefore a good video editing program otherwise, an encoding of the edited videos using Procoder Express allowed.

Is this example from Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0, Ulead Video Studio 11, Magix video deluxe 2007/08, Vegas Movie Studio + DVD 6, or other programs in similar price range?

How about with Premiere 6.x? That would have been quite easy to get to.
