Frage von Alpinist:Hello,
I have been a few days, the HC3 and am quite happy with it.
For some gibts ja filter, but I have no idea what are good: (
(1) Is there somewhere a good overview of the filter for what is good? Preferring not synonymous with thumbnails?
(2) Which filter would you recommend for
- Mountain films (good and bad weather) and
- 'Beautiful' holiday videos (beach, snorkeling, etc)
Thanks + greetings
EDIT: I'm obviously synonymous for proposals on 'off-line literature on this topic or general Basics grateful ;-)

I have read all kinds of items already synonymous in Wikipedia & Co.
-> Ie THEORY already clear to me the whole time but now no PRACTICE
Is there Nirg experience, etc?
I do not want to destroy me, yes, the raw material ...
My stand now would be the following:
- Wenns is very light: UV-filter
- Reflects wenns too much: Polarizer

Hi,
the sample images in the movie college I do not think any good. The usually show no improvement, and the UV filter to make it from a totally something.
- Wenns is very light: UV-filter No, a UV filter is useless and too much brightness. Here you need a filter that absorbs light, such as a color-neutral density filter or a polarizer synonymous.

UV filter when shooting in 4000 m Height? - Reflects wenns too much: Polarizer Yes and no. A polarizing filter can be much more, such contrasts raise and enhance colors. My advice: buy and sure to try it! You'll be amazed. ;-)

Thanks Mark! It's time a statement!
I will read my views tomorrow in peace ;-) And then probably order again next week when I go to the mountains, I can try a little ...

Hello,
a technical question about polarizing filters I have: I can swing it or not?
There are certainly free to over 95% of my shooting hand and will be filmed there, the question arises, how useful is really, since it is sufficient only a minimal change in angle, so the effect is abolished or even changes to the unwanted.
And a few small practical questions, I'm still synonymous ;-)
Good for the
polarizer Can anyone recommend me ND filter for the HC3 or I can take any arbitrary 30mm from the dealer?
Which ND filter strength should be for the normal 'summer taking' and what a strength for glacier (3000s, 4000s)?
Questions about questions ;-)
Thanks + Regards

No, panning with the camcorder, you should not Kmobination with one polarizer. But out of the hand can you record anyway. I always take an old, lightweight monopod with the mountains, who has a spear synonymous for the soil (that's right for reinrammen !!!).
Furthermore, I have learned here in the forum that includes all recording devices (cameras, video cameras) with built-in light meter (camcorder to synonymous, although there is no built-in light meter in the conventional sense) a need-circular polarizing filters. Linear polarization filter to distort (I tested it myself ... it's true) exposure metering.

The important thing would be even more a statement about my other questions because I wanted to go after work to a reseller:

... a technical question about polarizing filters I have: I can swing it or not? You can rotate synonymous with an attached polarizer. Check in advance but if you need to change the position of the polarizing filter over the pan and, if so, in what direction and how far. With a little practice you will surely succeed in the recordings. ;-)
