At roughly the same price range, it is the HC96 with 3.3 mega pixels.
The others are referred to only get better with the necessary environment (recorder, TV, etc.), but these are 500 and more Euro's more expensive.

... the HC96 with 3.3 mega pixels. It was about video recordings, not digital photos. The former have with SD camcorders still only 0.4 megapixels, no preference how many points of the sensor image sensor has. ;-)
