Today I augeliehen spur of the moment for a week, a Canon XL-H1. Now I have completely forgotten that I have no idea how to cut the HDV material.
Is there any demo version for PC of an editing program, can it?
Submits PIV with 2 GHz and 512 MB of RAM? Video record exists.
There must be a real cut. Main point he choked in the recording did not :-)

As mentioned above you can you of the Adobe website to download a demo version of Premiere Pro 2.0, which recognizes without hesitation, the XL H1.
However, I am concerned that your calculator adopts it. Premiere Pro 2.0 is required in HDV mode for at least a P4 with 3,2 Ghz, but rather a dual core with 3.0 GHz and 1 Gbyte RAM also.
My system has a dual core P4 with each 4 Ghz, 2 GB Ram and a Raid-0, and with complex timelines with many cuts, multi-level filtering and it goes to projects already s.and of 30min to its knees.
But try costs nothing.
