I tried a dvd with Encore 2.0 to create.

Where is he? eg SAT Recording GOP's longer than 15 available, Encore transcoded new.

"Do not transcode" means, for Encore apparently nothing, very misleading!
video-stream was actually not good enough for encore.
What helps:
