XL1 has a 58mm thread?
If so, look as if what Raynox offers what fits into your budget.
The have a very good price-performance ratio Qualtitativ for longer and better than the stuff Hama.

It is almost always somewhere cheaper, the question is: Is it useful? I any case I would ensure the good quality optics with a XL2 not a cheap converter to ruin, because the one visible quality defects then never used. Dear longer needed, or save of a reputable dealer to buy. Although synonymous Raynox builds very good intentions, but whether there is one in XL-size (72mm) returns, you have to look stop times.
