I have with FlasKMPEG and Panasonic DV codec an AVI created, they will now WME to convert *. wmv. I have made synonymous, but the picture seems to be unschafr because avi is better.
Is there an option in WME the movie with more focus to encode? Perhaps more than the plugins which I have already tried, but I am not come behind.

Mhh. .. not really, I make a MBR file, do next to nothing, only the two data bitrate (700k and 1500K), and the synonymous Scharnstein Draw (quality) to 100 when I create the MBR. I've still synonymous Encoder: Complex selected. I really do not know what's wrong, for help I would be very grateful!

I know the default settings of WME is not so accurate because of everything I usually hand adjustment.
As far as I remember, the WME always a frame rate of 30 before (NTSC typical). Body there times 25 fps one (PAL-typical). A change the frame rate of 25 to 30 would be a reason for a significant deterioration of image quality.
