Frage von ElPLasta:Hello,
Here the problem happened to me: I have approximately 20h footage captured with PremierePro 1.0 (Avid XPressPro since my Panasonic NV-GS280 does not recognize) and now I want to take this DV files into AVID process. (System: Windows XP SP2)
The DV files are about 250GB in size (incl. Conformed Audio Files / cfa files)
Avid establishes OMFI when importing files to the 20h nochmal need about 240 GB.
Since I only have 500 GB available, I am now looking for a way, my film is still in Avid cutting.
1. Possibility: Avid recognizes my camera and I capture everything again. Do I have something for the "Deck Configuration" wrong? Where can I find my camera are not synonymous and other settings bring me next. The Capture Tool is then the message: "No input signal present" even though XP recognizes the camera.
2. Possibility: There is a way, already with Prempro gecaptureten DV files into Avid synonymous to use without further evidence to 240GB.
Perhaps there are some among us who are synonymous schonmal the same way are gone.

Bennutze since a few days interest sake Avid Free DV. Had that same problem there. I have "Adjust deck selected. In the next box, I left everything.
(Device: Generic; DVBasicDevice-PAL
Address: [graues_feld]; Show: All Device
Preroll: 6 seconds
Almost cue (no hacking)
Switch to FF / REW: 30
Switch to search: 60)
In the Select Tape window I left everything synonymous (no hoes at "show other project), but should have no effect.
Edit: I have naturally fire on cable gecapturet
