Frage von Pirol:Hello comrades,
I have an offer for a longer film internship in the USA. Is there any sense if I use my PAL XL2 go, or should I prefer it over here and sell me a proper NTSC Camera to buy?
What do you think?
Thank you very much.
Pirol
Antwort von Leo123:
You have under this internship Cam use your own? If yes, then would I get a NTSC-Cam arrange so that the recordings on existing devices can be processed further.
If you're only for their own purposes Films and videos later in Germany want to show, I would at the PAL model remain.

.... and remember, if you with PAL in the U.S. aufnimmst that on the recording each and every lamp fluorescent lamp flickers ....
There could be nasty surprises, if you want to process materials next ..
Antwort von Bernd E.:
I remember have read that even American Filmmakers whenever the final product to 16 or 35mm gefazt be mainly due to the nearly identical frequency to PAL rather than NTSC rotate. In this case, it could even be that your camera during the internship will be quite sought after.

Antwort von WoWu:
.. true Freudian mistake ... I was at 12:1 PAL Pulldown, but those are the 4.1% in the opposite direction ....
Antwort von Markus:
The ugly 60 Hz flicker you get to grips with, by (if possible) the camcorder to a shutter speed of 1 / 60 s is.
