Hello,
I try with my XL2 and Final Cut Express 2 under OSX 10.4.11 material of my XL2 to play. The program always hangs after about 5 minutes, after a few minutes seems an indication of image omission.
On the display of the camcorder is DV IN appears. However, I find neither in the manual, or otherwise wherever a reference to this display.
Has anyone any idea what this is all about?

"DV IN" declares a DV camcorder, if it is using DV cable s.einen computer. Otherwise, the next nothing to say, that is not synonymous, in which direction the data is transferred.
The program always hangs after about 5 minutes, after a few minutes seems an indication of image omission. Dropped frames are uswenn the target hard drive very full or / and highly fragmented. Hast Du mal synonymous sure whether it is always exactly the same time (or the same band here?) Is where the capture is lost?
