Even with phantom power, not bad! Since the part via a jack plug is likely the device synonymous for "camcorder" or small cameras interesting! The only question is how expensive the equipment is and whether it is a rival to the current Handmischern for is about 5000 ¬?
Many greetings,

... should the device synonymous for "camcorder" or small cameras be interesting ... I have not seen the extent to which the device is specifically adapted s.die 5D, but it is new, the idea is not. Beachtek adapter for camcorders with plug connection for many years on the market.
... The only question is how expensive the equipment is and whether it is a rival to the current Handmischern for about 5000 ¬ is !?... 5000 ¬ a mixer makes a Beachtek certainly no competition to the functions are too different. The current adapter is on the thumb gepeilt at 150 to 300 euros, and the DXA-5D should be synonymous not cost so much more.

Hey,
but not the Peak (; shäufigsten what is missing) fitted, control car that does not override the sound and whether phantom power is available, I do not grade. But (unfortunately) not so often synonymous!
The professional mixers offer several course XLR outputs, so the sound only through the quasi-mixer "grind", s.dem the assistant can then regulate.

Hi,
I think the crucial difference in the Beachtek adapter on the other hand, the AGC Disable function. He thus tricking the automatic audio control from within the Camera, in addition to the actual audio signal a further signal inaudible in the field is added. So you can record synonymous quiet passages without the "quiet noise" to get reinforced.
There is a video of the NAB, in which it was described. Likewise, a resourceful inventor simply a channel with a 1kHz signal beschallt and later in the post removed. Synonymous worked quite well! Power but a little more work ....
Are there other alternatives? Competitive products?
