Hello,

I've recently Beyerdynamic cam mc 72 purchased and am very happy with it.
Can someone explain to me just why the XLR pin is 5 times, respectively. what is the difference with the usual 3 poles connectors there?

It is probably a stereo output: http://www.sengpielaudio.com/SteckerXLR.pdf
The description is synonymous a 2.5 mm stereo jack with adapter.

5-pol. XLR stereo microphone is quite a common connection. Normally it is synonymous of an adapter cable 1x 5-pin. 2x 3-pin. XLR here.
