Hello,
I use many years NOVOFLEX adapter for Nikon lenses to Canon housings which are synonymous LEICA Lenses, incidentally, other adapter kenn ich nicht.
Location of NOVOFLEX is Memmingen.Deutschland.Googeln!
Automatic and manual time exposure is s.den digital Canon 's possible, of course, no autofocus!
Not all are old but Nikkore Digital suitable.
