a scene, two cams, + 1 external audio source (computer and stereo with few recorded raummics)
So I have two video tracks (each with its own audio track) + an external audio track, much nicer.

My approach would be:
1. Video1 in the Timeline Video - Audio Spur1
2. Video2 into the timeline video - audio Spur2
3. Synchronization of the two video tracks (1 and 2)
4. External audio recording on audio Spur3
5. Synchronization of audio with Spur3 (AudioSpur1 or AudioSpur2)
6. Now everything is synchronized, but I would cut the two videos at 50% video size bring, one left the other right.
7. Cut with the blade
8. Finally, the 50% to 100% change
Possibly. there are other possibilities with the multicam editing with the premiere of yet I have done nothing.

Addendum: The old audio tracks after syncing so you will go: hold ALT button, select a track ---> remove
The reference to a video track of AudioSpur3 can produce: video track as well as hold the CTRL-button audio track mark, right mouse button 'Connect' menu.
