Erstmal savings on After Effects and then read through the manual. If you've reached, you should be synonymous in a position to know what "Create", "Draw" and "Move" means.

You just play with 3d stroke rum and you will quickly create a lot of better things. Also do you own something and is synonymous the Lernfaktor higher I think.

I must admit that I Trapcode 3D Stroke does not know. Therefore, while I give you the steps to translate, but not next comment. With After Effects it is quite something else.
For menus may well synonymous with the English name remains. Are you with "menu?" marked.
Step 1
Path 1 Create
First create Maskenpfad
- Create New Composition (640x480 px)
- New black color create (640x480 px)
- Round Maskenpfad draw and with the handle similar to the first transform Picture
Step 2
Stroke (know the German name is not) 1 draw
The level of Step 1 to add
- Apply Effect> Trapcode> 3D Stroke (menu?)
- Adjust parameters
- Keyframe "offset" animate
At each stroke a Glow (Glow), add:
Apply Effect> Trapcode> Starglow (menu) - default
Step 3
Create path 2
Just as in Path 1
- Create New Composition (640x480 px)
- New black color create (640x480 px)
- Path as in Picture feature
Step 4
Stroke 2 Create
The level of step 3 to add
Apply Effect> Trapcode> 3D Stroke (menu?)
Apply Effect> Trapcode> Starglow (menu?)
All parameters as in step 2, set
Step 5
3 Create Path
- Outline the path with Illustrator to create (is a single path)
- Create New Composition (640x480 px)
- New black color create (640x480 px)
- Illustrator Maskenpfad copy and paste
Step 6
Stroke 2 Create
The level of Step 5 Add
Apply Effect> Trapcode> 3D Stroke (menu?)
Apply Effect> Trapcode> Starglow (menu?)
All parameters as in step 2, set
Step 7
Merging
- Step 2, Step 4 and Step 6 to insert a new composition
- Layer mode to "add" (adding) Setting
- At the time bar to adjust individual levels
Background and logo at the airport create.
