I've a question, and while one of you knows a site (or perhaps it can explain in person), as the blue screen / green screen effect in Adobe After Effects 7.0 adobe premier pro or 2.0 per step by step is explained?

That's right. Give just Bluebox in the search, then Blue Screen, Green Screen, Chromakey, Lumakey ... because everything is already written, or linked, but for us it would be exactly the same work, sort out how these links for you. - Or? ;-)
