Hello. there is a possibility Premiere 1.5, the execution speed of a clip using keyframes are free to edit? By plug-in? which one?
Example problem is a clip within a few seconds of abzustoppen, ie to reduce its speed.

no, unfortunately there is not! Only After Effects, this dynamic adjustment.
A workaround is in the clip (as many) parts to cut and adapt their speed separately ... however tedious - especially when one film-related content will control.
