I have a question about divx 5th I downloaded the trial Divx5 per half a year (5.2.1) I was very pleased with the increasingly quality. Now is the trial has expired and the codec has been downgraded to normal divx 5.2. Now the quality is really bad caves. I can now only put on quality standard. I tested a video with a Resolution768x576 and am with the bitrate to 2500 kb / s they are all artifacts in the Picture. Then I am even with the Resolutionrunter at 352x288 with the same bit rate - all artifacts. Is the normal version of the codecs really so bad? This is stupid, divx 5 per there are not any more to buy - only 6.2. However, I want the movies on the dvd - video player (philips dvd632) can indeed only divx 5th - Divx 6 gabs back then not yet. I would imagine that most of the dvd player that probably can not. What I can possibly do?

Install 6.2 (I assume that there is also a trial), which is certainly synonymous run on your Philips. And'll take 720x576.

In most of the Divx codec pack is inside Pro 5.
eg K-Lite Mega Codec Pack
can happen with only select the Divx Codec installed ...

Thanks for the advice. I now have 6.2 times the test. The video can actually play on my DVD player. If I had not thought of. And the quality is synonymous ok. Can we say that principle, it is as such that 6.2 divx videos on a DVD player running of the home theater divx logo has (of course, is active) when the profile encode synonymous when it was produced long before it was divx 6.2. DivX 6.x, there are indeed quite a while, I've been no "complaints" heard / read that there is not anyone could play on their PC or a standalone DivX player.
I do not know what you have here for a tutorial, but DivX has) not everyone (actually, they have few and many of them are kids Ripper and there are hardly any services. Then you should look at times Macromedia Flash. And if it is not very long, do it in MPEG-1, which can each PC and each stand.
