I have a MiniDV camcorder of Sony. when I edited video memory as uncompressed avi, I am satisfied with the quality synonymous but I find when I render to mpeg2 which is full of exaggeration, the bad, etc. farbflimmern what to take for a principal to üebr setting?
cbr vbr 2 pass 1 pass, etc. .....
I am quite uncertain as somehow
Incidentally the film is 1 hour long 720x576 You can imagine yes
And with encore is yet to be correct eienr dvd

To your question:
Take CBR (Constant Bit Rate =) constant bit rate, put the video coding at 8000 kbit / s and the sound to Mpeg 384 kbit / s, then the quality should be very good, you get the movie loosely on a DVD and then get no problems with set-top DVD player due to high data rate.
