what happens with an existing project if I software adobe premiere new install 1.5.1 again, the project data transferred, or deleted. I do not play off the works and the
dvd encoder has expired. the software, I can simply reinstall it again or delete the existing installation, the entire section / project data? Many thanks for your answer!

if you have a separate data directory've chosen (preferably on a second hard disk or partition) is synonymous installed a new Premiere project data again.
