Frage von rossi256:Hi,
Have a DVDprojekt in PAL. Because the data later, possibly on a Bluray DVD to the entire Project in 720p50 geschnitten etc. and via Virtualdub and Procoder to SD Pal Progressive runterkomprimiert.
Menus: I import in photoshop create menus in Encore CS4. Animating the menus entirely in AE - export and then upload the videos as bg video into the menu in encore, leaving only the buttons in the menu (everything else is moving to participate).
Notably, the side with a video preview is displayed and the background moves.
My problem:
The Menuvideos are 18 seconds, 3 seconds intro and then a loop with 15 seconds. Every time the return, there is a slight stop - so I can live, but the video is synonymous easily distorted. As if a short interlaced version of the last return image would appear ...
Now I have the Encore project settings seen that if there is MPEG and DVD PAL selects auto interlaced and top field is selected. That can not seem to change ... and I think perhaps that is the problem ... Council know anyone here?
Could, of course, synonymous interlaced everything we do but because of progressive filmed material but it would be a shame to lose this data and on his big new flat screen should be a progressive DVD or look better?
Thank you!

Think I've found the mistake ...
It is apparently just a stop over in the image appears sharp. and it is easily moved ..
And here is probably a bug in his Encore --
If you interpret footage goes, there is the pixel ratio setting Pal widescreen SD (1.4587) than with 1.4587 pixel aspect ratio but garnicht exists !!??? - That would be the aspect ratio? - And because my menus of Photoshop to come and probably the brief image of nursing, are 1.42 (D1 DV Pal Widescreen 1.42), here is a difference in the picture moves ...
ne chance someone knows this preset for pixel aspect ratio in Encore to "hack"?
Or is my reasoning wrong, but not a bug and everything correctly?
Be like me synonymous support s.Encore contact ...

If synonymous for Encore, Premiere, Media Encoder, etc.. So in plain English: your menus are wrong, not what makes ECOR.

Ok, thanks for the link - will not worry quite clever.
So it seems what was changed - the pixel aspect ratio of 1.42 was changed to 1.46 (on CS4 out).
Did the PSD file at the pixel aspect ratio widescreen PAL made - although I use Photoshop CS3 and as it stands at 1.42 aspect ratio widescreen DV Pal.
Then this is the problem or what? - One we must first come out! :)
If I am in my Photoshop menus the pixel aspect ratio to 1.4587, it should change then that is actually correct or?
Thank you!

PS: what is because a Würgfloh problem? haha
