Just write your own script - with help of Macro Recorder .....
Open Premiere aktieviere the timeline window - start the Macro Recorder .. 5x tip the cursor arrow to the right - Ctrl + k, 5x-cursor to the right Ctrl + K ....... Stop the Macro Recorder
Open thine Macro File - duplicate the procedure as often until you have as the length of your clip (; 25FPS x 60 sec / 5 = 300) ..... then you are really what you are looking for.
Macro Recorder Progis You will find for example in OpenOffice or Tucows.com

I fear that I will unfortunately not help much because I rely on windows, unfortunately, but if I need to know your colleagues like this with my operating system, instead I'd be very grateful.

Sounds ansich at very simpl. I tried a few macro recorder, but probably still a bit fail s.den basics. with the openoffice macro eg I have received so far not achieved much, has gathered range but synonymous simply not the experience in this.
I would write scripts in matters of intense concern a bit. If someone I recommend it for these purposes an appropriate / simple macro recorder can, that would be really great
