I have a question s.ein few owners of A / D converters.
I have the Terratec Cameo Convert. It converts my analog video and audio fine after Fiwi and back. I use it mainly to capture analog video directly s.Laptop.
But now I noticed that video and audio are not always syncron. Sometimes there are 7 frames offset. This is of course very striking, no preference whether in music or language. On average, there are usually 3 frames. But it is not permanently so. After turning the transducer is slightly offset because, after 30 minutes you notice the first offset. When a recording was synonymous 30min everything well and then jumped almost to the 7 frames.
Is it synonymous with walking your way? Can anyone recommend me a converter that does not make sowas with security? What converter you have, and what are your experiences with it?

I have two A / D converter of Canopus: A ADVC-110 and one ADVC-300. Both converters have locked audio, which it normally does not come at a temporal offset between picture and sound.
If a recording was interrupted, ie, a section of blank is present on an analog video tape, there is also a temporal offset. This is not constant, that I can correct easily. The offset changes with each other and break until the next image disturbance constantly again.
Help here, an external TBC, I provisory particularly at the critical material. The separate TBC ensures that occur in addition to the systemic video delay of exactly 3 frames, no further displacement. Such a thing can, of course, correct s.einfachsten.

I have a converter of Dazzle (Hollywood DV Bridge V1.0a). A striking picture-sound offset is me that's not staying.

Oh yes, I had completely forgotten this aspect: The Audio Control of Audiozuspielung can not at the ADVC-300 manual levels, the ADVC-110. I use the latter only in live streaming as an A / D converter, otherwise only as D / A converters for (S) VHS lotteries (yes, it does exist). ;-)
