I have the following problem.
I've cut myself a new pc assembled.
Windows XP Home with SP2 and Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5.
The problem is to be omitted when the Capturn frames. It is synonymous no system discernible. There are times in 1 min 2, sometimes it's 8th
With my dealer, we have tried everything possible. Slot, other Firewirekart etc.
Why is it the time we are at a loss!
The system is configured as follows:
Sempron64 AMD 2800 +
2 x 1024MB RAM
ASRock Motherboard K8NF4G-SATA2
Ultro UF-300 (firewire card)
80 GB HDD Samsung 7200
FDD
LG DVD RW
PS: Until now I have with laptop, the same camera system and cut-> there is the Camera and the program without problems.

Erstmal Looks like a disk problem, ie
- Defragment
- Separate system disk and data disk (physical or partitions, if necessary)
- Switch off antivirus and other independent record programs

Do you have your calculator possibly overclocked, so that it can result in small voltage spikes in the system?
If not try yet another time slot for the firewire card or another card.
