Glaubs My problem is quite complex, but I can not be sure because I do not know where it actually lies. What I really try to make a stop-motion film together and cutting. The raw materials are jpeg images and mp3 sound files. But I use only freeware, but I do not think the problem lies here.
Step 1: MonkeyJam sets the files to an avi file together. Codecs can not use: Access violation code number bla bla etc monkeyjam.exe. No matter what codec I choose. It may be that the program is to blame. Now I have a uncoded film, which is correspondingly large, although only 30 seconds.
Step 2: I would now like to cut.
2.1: Windows Movie Maker. The program crashes immediately, if I any avi file to import try. I give the Shuld the program.
2.2: Jahshaka, I only discovered grad. The program crashes when:
-I have a fresh uncoded film wants to import from MonkeyJam
an Intel-I-use codec (compression with VirtualDub)
-I have a xvid codec to use, but only when I load a saved Project wants.
It does not crashes when I encoded with divx files to use.
Problems here: A Resolutionvon 640x480'm not satisfied. With this Resolutionwüde but everything works perfectly.
I've tried it with 1144x856, possibly, the ridiculously large. If I now VirtualDub with such a divx movie with trying to compress, it's not (too large?). If I divx converter with a fresh film uncoded s.MonkeyJam compress wants, this is not synonymous.
And as I stand. It is not really right, that I will simply show the situation and you can analyze the problem, but I really do not look more. Has anyone an idea what I should try? Or should I do something fundamentally different? Or is it not s.den codecs? Or is my computer scrap? Soltle actually not the case. OS is also Vista.

Well all your problems would be a blow to resolve if you are normal and appropriate software would.
MonkeyJam kenn ich nicht.
Movie Maker is the root of many evils.
and exotic Resolutions 1144 x something like bring a lot of simple systems to crumble.
Tips:
Standard TV Resolutionist 720x576.
You can free 30 days trial versions of most programs herungerladen diver. That should be for the finalization of your project suffice.
for example, Premiere Pro can already auto import image sequences.

I agree with the answer. Too many fragile components, combined with an application that is not mainstream.
I would be synonymous to a free tryout of a guess editing software, which can. It would not have to Premiere, Premiere Elements can SV 3.0 (download for Vista 3.0.2) stop motion. With other editing software may be synonymous go, so not that be said.

Okay, that would be definitive for what has been Newbie Forum.
Adobe Premiere Elements is apparently no longer offered as a trial, I've now halt times the trial version of Pro fetched. Of course, it's actually a few times easier. I like it but not at all, dependent on a program to be me in 30 days is no longer available ... I am probably a bit low for a Premiere Elements scout.

That was the question s.Anfang was how the proposed film to "higher" quality outputs (of the problems that the technology to run, apart). As was my tip that is just not (s.Anfang) with the settings of codecs and tools to employ, but setting a standard for high definition to choose how they cut most programs. Ok?
