Frage von hendrik_will:Hello,
I want my hi8 tapes, digitize, and burn the stuff directly to DVD without having to use the hard drive to go. I have encountered in my research of Ulead DVD MovieFactory. What are your experiences with it? Is there anything comparable better? What hardware do I s.besten this? Terratec Cinergy?
Regards ..
Antwort von Peter S.:
Burn directly to DVD does not work, because a standard-compliant video DVD has a specific data structure needs to be recognized correctly by the DVD player and played on. But you can with Ulead DVD MovieFactory record directly into Mpeg2 to avoid the Umkonvertierung of AVI. This requires a powerful computer and in your case, a digital-analog converter. Which should be connected via Firewire, as this is the most reliable high-speed connection. Via USB, the data rate is too low, USB2 sometimes makes small "pauses for reflection", which only shows garbage when recording.
MFG Peter
