Frage von ojo:I have created a Project. The video clips I have of an analog camera and scanned on MoviBox cut, etc.
Now the sound is played completely distorted.
The sound was recorded einwanfrei. Only after lengthy process, it has happened.
The reproduced sound is distorted, such as when the sound is completely cut to shreds after playing video length.
When I edit the sound with AudioFX, he will play correctly (preview). But if I assigns to the effect he will not return correctly. And if I sound just move to the garage band playing is synonymous normal. When you export the project as a Quicktime movie synonymous.

This is MoviBox Pinnacle and of course not really designed for iMovie. Via firewire it should still make no difference.
Theoretically.
A pity that your first session on the best laptop in the world (Congratulations) with such a - I fear almost - impractical - fiasco begins. Not the rule on Macs, believe it.
I am using iMovie at all
only to TV via composite material to digitize,
TV with
Formac Studio, which is indeed made for Mac, but is still comfortable to use only about iMovie. The Sound of iMovie must also be re-rendered in FinalCut.
Otherwise, I recommend you FinalCut, Pro would be nice, but

Good writing, but my wallet needs to rest for now. For small things, the Progrämmen is not bad. But I have just started with a rather large project ... well. Furthermore, it worked with the Export to GarascheBänd. It took 2.5 hours in all, although the sound but I've now deleted in iMovie and the inserted Aiff File.
Then again many thanks for the quick help.
