I have a technical problem.
wandel like I have a picture in jpeg format to mpeg2,

You could send the image file into a video editing program to import the duration set and then in the MPEG2 format.
I can only hard to imagine that where an MPEG2 - video rather than a JPEG image file. What does it mean?
