I convert with the program after SUPER wmv, but although I am on the highest possible quality RESTRICT are the files created just mediocre ud not be compared with the m2t output files.

Hello,
try it out with the Windows Media Encoder. Since you can even specify all the parameters and thereby improve quality-related. - However, I do not know whether the WME is synonymous m2t (try it!).
