Frage von kiviro:Hello,
have a few movies as avi and mpeg file and not from my DVD player plays it. How can I make them playable to me they look? Is there a program for editing synonymous for laymen? I heard that it would be possible with Nero, so come next is not.
Thanks in advance
Antwort von Stefan:
You have to check what your DVD video player can play and prepare accordingly then convert your videos /.
In general, DVD players play MPEG2 and MPEG1 videos from when they are available in DVD format, ie, the VIDEO_TS folder structure with *. VOB, *. IFO, *. BUP files exists on the DVD. This structure can you produce with a DVD authoring program. And the DVD burning program, Nero, has in the latest version synonymous DVD authoring capabilities (acquisition of an encoder may be necessary).
Some DVD players play some MPEG synonymous and / or from AVI videos if they are not available in DVD format, so if the files are nackisch burned onto the DVD and not available in the VIDEO_TS folder.
In this case, at least the image sizes so as to VCD / SVCD / DVD to be (720x576 or 360x288 or 360x576 or 480x576).
AVI videos must also fit the case yet, the video codec to the decoder in the DVD player. Such AVI-capable DVD players often use a DivX video codec.
Good luck
