Hello once'm new in the forum, and in almost Beginners create videos. Times times wanted to ask if I have a movie as a Mpeg2 file storage wants, whether it controls the film size.

the size of an MPEG2 file is derived from the data set: the smaller the data rate (bitrate synonymous called unit Mbit / s), the lower the memory requirements. However, videos can not be arbitrarily diminished because someday be distracting compression artifacts visible.
