As previously announced, the first test render of video applications could not wait for Apple's new MacBook consumer-long. This shows that the small MacBook a G5 dual 2.0Ghz in almost all disciplines in Final Cut and Compressor suggests Render tests. As expected, the MacBook is doing when rendering tests with Apple's Motion little harder, since the system outsourced much of the graphics card. All in all, reflected the small notebook rather bravely for the price.

Hi!

I can not stand the test of not too much, because they are too short (there were really professionals s.Werk ;-). Who's making benchmark tests to determine the 45 seconds and then take 1-3 seconds difference??
Especially in view of another test (Slashcam news a day before her or something?) Describes that runterfahren the laptops at too great a burden is the heat development, the clock rate.
Yet this has s.den performance differences between the laptops, which have feared all users G5: Apple's wildly optimized for the Intel chips, as well G5s remain on the track! :-(

Anyway, already ordered. 990 Euro student price.
Even in Comparison to PC notebooks, the MacBook does not require furnishing, performance, or were afraid of design comparisons. With the price! Synonymous, and Windows would run on it yet. But who needs it anyway?

But the 20 gb hdd would be a major extra charge of max 50, - euro rechtferigen - certainly not 200, --

mmmh, you have to know when buying a white MacBook, drauflegen 40 ¬ to get to 80GB. The Black Book, but it looks better.
