think this is a beginner question:
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, about 1year old.
I've now bought Nero7 and would like old VHS cassettes to play on the lap.
What kind of cable I need? Scart to USB or something?
've Read you need Firewire? Like, what is it?
Do I still need an external card or something?
or the notebook has everything?
I-Link connection and I have many others.
Who can help me?

Hello!
I-link Firewire (just another name). However, this does not help you, because Th analogue material searched and Firewire (such as USB synonymous) is a digital input. You need an analog-digital converter. There are several possibilities. Search here in the forum after VHS and digitizer.
