hello friends,
I have durchgesucht forum but unfortunately not a relevant answer to my problem found. I hope that someone here is a hint or even solution has.
it is this
I have a 230 minutes (about 5.84 GB) film in encore dvd 2.0,
have very simple start menu with subtitles selection
I also have 1 audio channel and 4 subtitles spuren.die links funtionieren, subtitles and chapters are synonymous in ordnug, project audit are not synonymous fehlermeldung.
I go a step forward and start the creation and encore dvd freezes
and about 15 minutes later:
"general error! dvd can not be created!"
then I start durchzudrehen!
project does not fail even though I checked all in,
previously I had not had the start menu, since the name was corrupted.
"title remote not set"
But after I start up menu entsprecehend with subtitles in the links and everything runs smoothly vorshau warrior dvd not burned (have dual layer dvd 8.4 GB dual layer capability and DVD-RAM drive)
my suspicion is focused around foldende points, but do not know whether the problem with which to do so could have;
-1GB of RAM and have throughout the work has often abgestürtzt because encore encore projekt higher than 1GB of storage capacity in high-was? (my pc has an AMD Athlon 64 x2 Duo processor, XP Home, lots of free space in the disk)
dual-layer break point down, while car but maybe it would be better to determine manuel?
Please type times when you have an idea why my meckert encore DVD to burn!

I'm not sure, but need not be synonymous to the burning program untestützen dual-layer? (Layer Break or so)

well, because I have to leave encore 2.0, but there must be dual layer format support because there are in the disc menu choice 4.7 GB DL or 8.4 GB
manuel determine the break point, I can not synonymous, because I do not know how to do it!
I would eigentlicht synonymous satisfied if I only have an ISO image to a folder do, but that will not fold irdendwie synonymous ...

I go to such problems as follows:
First I leave everything transcode. Thus, if an error such as occurs during a avi, I know what the avi. If everything is in order, I Laas a DVD folder. Is synonymous the success, I burn the DVD folder with Nero. The burning function of Encore, I have never dared.

encore is my 2nd experiment, after I dvd architect with the hopeless task. there were other better still the stupid error abdominal pain. two lines of subtitles are "too complex and complicated" to transcode it was! but if I change the font size of 12 reduces to 4, everything was up to pikobella that the subtitles only with nasa telescope would be to read ..
If anyone still has other ideas, just to please!

I had massive problems with DL-projects after the 1.5 update to
1.5.1 has a lot done.
What a blank do you use? -R / + R?
What burner? Which burner firmware?
I have in my last DL Project surprisingly found that my
Burner with the original firmware though everywhere (eg on the website
the manufacturer) specified but not-R DL supported.
This worked only with the latest version of Nero and a patched firmware.
As I chewed on it pretty long and I almost always synonymous half
Encore ausgerastet as abandoned without reason ...
Quite apart from the fact that I use for a project at least 3 DL Disks
á EUR 5 verbraten hab. Fairly high-learn, but because it is through.

I have inzscwischen manual from the manufacturer's website and found out that my pc and burner sowhl DL-R as synonymous supports + R DL
interesting is that I have the error message "title remote not set" at least as resolved, after I get a start menu templates inside and pulled it into vorschau tested. I have mentioned this post and menu background, etc. changed. "remote title" message disappeared but this time I had
"internal software error.: \ Editor Templates.cpp line 698"
opens and no preview.
naja, Start Menu, I have manually created it, and the old menu, I have deleted and thus the problem is not just more.
I try now no longer Brener DL, but only a disc image to have, what I find elsewhere on a dvd can burn.
I try in some form of output, but still do not want to join,
I go to preview: everything ok.
I leave the projeckt prüffen (all prüffpunkte included!): no elements found
Then I hit on DVDimage create: program starts to transcode but then responded encore no longer in system performance and I can see that the 1GB memory limit and about 15 minutes later, beating KO:
"Failed transcode, General error"
-could be the problem perhaps lie s.arbeitsspeicher?
if so, can the whole encore project and mpg, subtitles, etc. in a folder (eg in my external hard) then it open in another PC? viellecht could then suburb to help someone else without my computer I must lug!

Hab mir mal deine information read again, and always note after 15 minutes ....
What makes the program probably because after 15 minutes if necessary because it is just the main movie and notes any that you have violated a norm.

Stürtz program as soon as I am with the trans-coding start! do not know why! why I warruuuuuuuuuuuum! ;)
it is perhaps possible subtitles from encore to export? then I could nähmlich with a new project to try it again, even with other program

Have you tried the video with another application to encode (eg TMPenc or Sorenson Squeeze)?
Perhaps s.Video Stream any errors, with the Encore encoder is not clear ...
