Have a big problem! After recording from analog video device to hard drive, can play the video. Picture is good but the sound is not present, or after Turn up the volume very, very quietly in the background audible. Have you checked all the settings in Systemstemsteuerrung, but the sound can not manufacture.
When recording the sound is fully there. The recording was made on the "Pocket Digitus USB 2.0 Video Grabber".
Who knows what to do and help a needy helpless woman??

Windows has been synonymous with the right level, source selected for the recording? Not that you hear it only through the PC speakers and it just will not be included.
Double-click speaker icon bottom right, Options, Properties, Recording
