Headline was hard to write it here .. hope vertseht what I mean:)
So ..
I create even more standard videos with premiere ... so we say ne svcd with the measured 720 * 540. .. But so what if I say, but we will have only half of the videos and the synonymous to create ... as measured oich can indeed cut away what with the premiere yeah, but then the top half is black, I will net want ... so to speak, then synonymous only create a video of the bottom half with the measured, so to speak ... is the 360 * 540. somehow?
Reason for my desire is ...
wants to make a DVD menu, which only runs in the bottom half of a video ... so that this net is compressed or the like, I want to be in the same video are measured, and so my question is whether or not the ....
would actually be quite cool when the going ...

I do not get quite to the "half" video is now the image content of the videos are full or really only the lower half (in my eyes does not make much sense unless you have already taken during the shoot out that everything important in the lower half happening).
If this should be so, you need not cut the video, but simply put your menu with "opaque" background on the top half.

yes it is now cut off net sooooooo much .... with the half was merely synonymous en example ... but would indeed synonymous ma interest for further ... we could even do something else then if you only could convert part of the video s ...
have ne idea how shall I could Amchem because if the top and bottom will cut en bissel?

habs hinbekommen different as I had again reconsidered Volker idea ... because the top and bottom of what was going to have gone ...
easy to have the video premiere moved downwards, thus the lower part was cut away so the upper half of auto and then I'm covered with the menu ...
