Frage von django_deluxe:Hello,
for the signal of possible high-resolution (vector) of flash-film pc to a beamer (maximum physical resolution 1280x1024) in the framework of a theater production is not only an on-site permanently installed connection through S-Video cable (instead of easy rgb/dvi- monitor cable) available.
the passing-pc is with a Matrox G550 and s-video output equipment.
Local unfortunately can not try it in advance, and then when I'm there remains only very little time for setup-gimmicks.
so here is my question in the forum:
It is possible in principle on s-video cable signal a higher resolution than tv-pal to transfer? So for example, 1024x768 or 1280x1024?
many thanks for contributions in advance,
I hope I have no existing contributory ignore my question answered.

thanks for the reply,
what would be necessary in order to transfer a higher resolution?
Antwort von Markus:
It would be non-compliant equipment is necessary, presumably due to developments beyond their own would run.
If the result of an actual (not modifiable) Beamer on its Y / C input is to be played, you need these thoughts do not weiterzuspinnen. That device does s.die namely PAL / SD and the targets are fixed. If you play something else, then it is best to image disturbances, if anything appears.
