Hi Kay,
when playing only a blue screen appears, could the video heads of your camcorder to be heavily polluted.
That the tape having one synonymous only with other camcorder running interference, suggests that the recording has already failed.

Broken film - urgently need help! hallo markus, first thanks for the quick response, you can clean the video heads somehow (as a layman), have used a cleaning cartridge but brings garnix, unscrew is not synonymous to the right since the area is a metal cover through which I will then complete kamera disassemble needs. I did earlier on the side of sony found a report in written that the CCD chips were faulty, it may be synonymous to it, perhaps? mfg kay

If you already have the cleaning cartridge has failed (is a quick & dirty solution, but still), then remains as the last hope before the service only an attempt at manual cleaning. This is synonymous without unscrewing the camcorder possible.
Here is the short form: lint cotton swabs, isopropyl alcohol, oil-free air compressor, a calm hand and patience.

So now I've cleaned it but it happens nix.hab times along with a second camcorder was tested and the result was the understanding that the broken garnix more records. it stands in the display which is receptive, visual synonymous everything is ok, but when I use the cassette in another unit had been viewed überspielt.ich they do not look at the part nimmer slowly through :-(

it should be with no camcorder, no preference of the Manufacturer. One thing makes me aback, however: If I'm assuming that there is no error series (otherwise the forums would be full of them), then it might be with the place of storage to do:
... camera bag in my room Describe the look: Direct sunlight? On or adjacent to the radiator? Electromagnetic Field? Vibration?

there are no magnets or similar nearby, there are not earthquakes can not vibrate so:-D and light comes into the corner not synonymous.

moin moin, hab today will post of the workshop, allegedly heads the video would be canceled, and screws were missing some nice sachen.sie want 300euro for reparatur.s.dem chip supposedly would not lie ........ that's the purest Abzocke ...... how are because the heads quit? the camera was in my room, there was nobody on it, were probably little man reingekrabbelt and they abgebrochen.langsam this cause me sick really.
I have now 3 options:
1.ich leave it for 300 repair
2.A quotations for 50 (why the extra charge and is especially meaningful that what should have know I was not
and
3. keep the camera, not repaired and 15euro pay ranges .......( not that I've paid the postage ;-))
Slowly, I think really only want to see coal.

hab mal call today ...
said to me calling you when you first informed that I will because of the cost estimate (ie if I make a will) ... the type s.telefon thought but now that they had never come so hard gesagt.die now.
I had my very old and the new cam in a packet submitted, the old is how you can see above, arrived, and the new would not be the hi ... was in the same carton in it !!!!!!
have now 2 possibilities.
Scrapping the cam (I must pay 15 ¬)
or get it back without reparatut for 50 ¬
so I adopted me now from this forum, did slow the snout full of these rip off what it does.
