So what I may so looking at the 400-500, - lie.

4 x 3.3 GHZ
Geforce GTX 260
Asus Motherboard
etc.
I am looking for a camcorder for fishing now determined why it thinks for fishing and although I will make my own video's (pictures do not hand me a long time) should have a good quality of picture and hear no noise when zooming or be in direct wind.

For noise in the sound. The HV-40 is indeed a tape camcorder. And the internal microphone is unfavorable. Since the sound is recorded from tape with what bothers in quiet passages, but not if it is overdubbed Sun Ghastly loud as in the linked YouTube videos.
Better sound you get with camcorders with external microphones. This requires that the camcorders have a microphone port. Better then to intercept the sound synonymous a headphone jack.
