Frage von Theater4u:Hello :-)
I have with great interest the Introductions bez. the purchase of a camera angelesen and synonymous search function in the context of my ways ...
... it remains for me the unanswered question, what camera for me the question. Can you please help? :-)
The camera is covered by an amateur school VideoAG s.einer used. Film lengths> 2 hours are extremely rare ... usually they are more likely to be in an hour. Most of the camera for the documentation of school performances - in the dark, but lit stage.
The contributions that I was worth reading, were all one years and older ... certainly has the technology / Prices now developed.
- The Camera should be max. Cost 500 EUR,
- Good sound quality (without ext. Microfinance, but with its corresponding shoe equipped ;-)
- Possibly HDD space (video format compatible with Pinnacle Studio DV editing)
- 4:3 and 16:9 can
- I forget what? :-)
For help, I would be extremely grateful ...

Default is 500, - Euro clear announcement ...
Then I would watch a Panasonic CCD F10E with PSU / or DVD recorder (you only need to power) to purchase advise. The cameras of 1986 -1990 have been built and are electronical and make great shots. I myself have 4 pieces. Then you will need a digital recording device, such as System of Macro Casablanka, "Avio" or prestige with a small 10GB disk can be directly ca.74 minutes of digital recording life and simultaneously edit synonymous.
The Picture and Toneingang to Casablanca, however, then on cable.
Look at ebay for the Camera at war for 150, - and the Casablanca Avio does not cost much more and you have the Casablanca synonymous with the cutting system.

:-) Thanks ... but it is - even if makes sense - are not our thing. We need a small camera, because these times synonymous "hidden" effects if it goes to recordings in which the camera can detect its presence.
16:9 is also the older model can not .... we need to create a stage appropriately "illuminate" them.
Therefore, I would be for full proposals continue to be very grateful ...

Small Camera ... ... 16:9 If you can perform another (is a discontinued model), perhaps the NV-GS180 Panasonic of the appropriate device. These times do I assume that your stages rather "well lit" as a "dark", because in low light, you can of any camcorder in this class convincing results expected.

[...] The camera should have good sound quality (without ext. Microfinance, but with its corresponding shoe equipped ;-) Hi Cornelia,
cited the requirement may not even have a camera for several thousand euros to meet, because a good sound quality is only secondarily dependent on Microphone. Primary, there is a Microphone in a small distance from the sound source in order to guarantee optimal to be included.
I have quite often video recordings of theater groups here in which the sound s.einen almost silent and reminds the audience whispering any better to hear than the stage play. The sound recording is often completely underestimated!
A fairly detailed treatise (ussynonymous for sound recording) you will find in the course of this contribution:
Recording a play!

built of micro-cameras can be mostly forgotten, even of the slightly more expensive. External Micro is a must, I did this with a big band concert 2 weeks ago so rightly points out, had 2 judge Beyerdynamic microphones positioned in front, parallel receptive to notebook and camera, and the quality was dramatically better than the previous year's concert, which with the added micro iengebautem was.
I am myself in a video AG operates in a high school, where we primarily television, but some concerts and performances will be filmed synonymous. The school beitzt a Panasonic NC-G75 (3CCD), but with light conditions is much worse than my Canon, which has only 1 CCD, but synonymous a "real" (anamorphic) 16:9 mode, which displays more (wide) than the 4:3 mode, the Panasonic uses only black bars on the video.
From hard disk camcorder, I would advise against because it is impossible for the panel to move quickly when it is full and is needed, and MiniDV is better for archiving, because the bands of the camera can be removed synonymous and in others can be played. The only advantage of HDD is that usually more than 60 or 90 minutes can be, and is faster on a computer can be kompiert. With Formatunterstütztung but it looks worse than MiniDV.

This is not hard for 500 ¬ - GS 180 & 230th
An accessory shoe or microphone input or headphone output does not have many cameras in the class.
A Tripod already exist? Only to take the shot or should the prospect (Western & Nah?) Be synonymous?
During movement of the camera should have to be a tripod like the Velbon DV 7000 will be around, it weighs just over 3 Kg (will not move so easily of the place synonymous with music noisy demonstration), the swing characteristics are thanks to the fluid head synonymous pretty good.
Yes, please forward Microphone place somewhere, a mixer, you will probably not have ....
In an emergency, you can at times synonymous Panasonic s.lassen the AF, the manual is better distance, but GS 180 comes with quite a snooze & light lamps to cope, Canon of what you can not say - the popular pumps.
White Balance Fluorescent sample if still Rotstich then make manual and gray & white sheet in range hold.
Panasonic has the longest shutter speed than the 1 / 50 sec in the automatic transmission, it is not bucking, I think it is the exposure to Auto, because they are always the 1/50sek, open Aperture F 1.8 and 16 DB Gain setting - the best possible picture for a less well-lit ambience with the GS 180 & 230th For more expensive cameras If you deliberately low increase in the class must be the 16 to DB but his überhaupt ein unpredictable light Picture to get ..

True, a good tripod is very important. I have thought until recently, the school stativ (a bill gereres Cullmann) was quite good until I look a DV 7000 had increased, and my opinion had changed drastically.
A cheap (non-fluid head) can be stativ ruckler the shots really bungle, and for simple one often has to re-establish and unscrew when my DV 7000 I leave it to an average loss, and can be used without ruckler into a swivel skip.

Hello :-)
Many many thanks for the help.
I took the GS 230 times more accurate views and am sure that they meet our requirements :-)
Which external Micro because you can still recommend (up to $ 100)? Is it really soooo much more?
Thank you very much

Antwort von Jan:
If the source is far away - a few meters very even.
Popular Microphones in price range for the GS 230 are zb
Videomic Rode or Sennheiser MKE 300th

[external microphone] Is it really soooo much more? It is not only important what you take Microphone, but while you do that synonymous Microphone Recording during the post. Is the Micro far of the stage (such as the camcorder), then puts it best, hardly anything. Is the other hand, Micro directly in front of the stage, then ... listen for yourself:
