Hi folks,

it is about the following:
I want a new cam buy DH. The only question now is which format is which? (ask for the following is always AVCHD and HDV)

So the question arises as to which devices can I DVDs with AVCHD or HDV play? (raw)?

If they worked, and I do on a Blu-Ray player wants the format in which the material is then compressed?

Is it possible the camera dierekt with an HD Television to connect and easy to play (I guess via HDMI)?

Can the source synonymous "worse", so that the material s.einem normal DVD player can?

With a suitable computer and appropriate software, you can cut from each raw material (HDV, AVCHD, P2, ...) each of you create desired medium. BlueRay For all you need then of course synonymous nor a BlueRay burner, a DVD for DVD - burner. Directly in the Camera can you make with Camera None. This eierlegende Wollmilchsau would firstly just a buy, and secondly it would be so hard like a PC ...

HDV: none. AVCHD DVDs from AVCHD camcorders are of Blu-ray players.

Is the wrong question. On Blu-ray is MPEG-2, VC-1 and H.264 allowed. To my knowledge, but there's no Blu-ray player-created movies. The exception outlined above have excluded - but these are all unedited recordings on DVD and not Blu-ray.

Yes - HDMI or YUV.
