My system consists of only IDE hard disks with 7200 rpm. By Captuen via firewire in SD IHC had no problems. I do not HD, but when transferring via Firewire is the same data and also a pure 1:1 dubbing. So really should fold.
What kind of plate is it? If I am not mistaken, there are two compatible IDE, but in different speed cable. 40 and 80-pin. Perhaps you have only a 40-pin used for? Is the BIOS at the plate set anything?

Even USB 2.0 is about 20 times as fast as it is for a HD stream would be required. An HD stream (25 mbit / s) requires only a little over 3 MB / s and with USB is about 60 MB / s specified.
So maybe away and back of the IDE to USB zurückrüsten, although the faster IDE hard disks also about 60 MB / s provided.
Antwort von kili:
krass. habs grad tried.
I always had USB extremely slow in memory.
But voila. I save with a new disk.
Thank you!
