hi all,
'm not so versed in video programs ...
I use vegas pro 8th
then I can use 5.1 surround / play - but only in wav format. ac-3 will be saved, I can not in vegas zurueckladen. it can not be synonymous to dvd-architect transmitted, let alone burn.
for beginners like me: how does it work?

2. WAVE file into MeGUI download (audio input)
3. FFmpeg AC3 at "Encoder settings" select
4. On the "config" button
5. "Output Channels" necessarily "keep original channels" are
6. Hoes at "increase volume automaticly remove
7. "Bitrate" somewhere on 384 to 448 kbit make and click OK
8. On "Enque" button
9. In the tab "Queue" go (between input and log)
10. Click Start (if necessary "Worker" Creating leave)
11. 5.1 AC3 from the same folder, pick the WAVE is already

Sure can DVD Architect on off Vegas exported 5.1 AC3 invite and for burning the DVD use. If that does not work, there is usually an operating agency s.irgendeiner error. Instructions for dealing with the correct export from Vegas and the use of the files in DVD Architect you can find on www.vegasvideo.de in the tutorial area.
Such complicated detours through other tools are not necessary.

it is possible to ac-3 5.1 surround dvd burn or is it only ac-3 stereo?
in vegas Pro8 I can these 6 audio tracks perfectly routed.
example: person 1 addresses some seconds, front left, responds person 2 rear right, etc.
but how do I get this s.ende just as on a dvd?
can you answer me, whether it with Pro8 vegas and dvd architect DEFINITIVE and is at all possible?
I want to eventually buy the program, but I need this surround function in each instance. and without the certainty of it is too much money for "poor" people .....
Can you give me a decision to help?

It is not a question of complex routing, but there must be a 5.1-Vegas Project merely synonymous as 5.1 AC3 be rendered. There is a matching in Vegas Render template. And in DVD Architect will also feature as Project 5.1 selected. File (s) imported, DVD - finished.

the (pre-) all the settings seem to be correct. have it in various manual and "even" try probiert. vegas can own ac-3 file is not (back-) import and architect appears only in an AC-3 stereo file, the only stereo synonymous burned.
but if it works for you -> hopeful!
maybe you can wipe out my denkblockade.
This problem seems synonymous with others in the other - us-synonymous foreninger oblivion.

The fact that Vegas does not import AC3 directly, it is normal. But yes, you need not synonymous to do.
Do you have in the project settings of the DVD-A before importing the disc format on DVD, which Resolutionauf 720x576 (PAL video) and Audio format AC-3 5.1 Surround asked?

all the settings so as thou hast advised me.
at play in the dvd-a walk but only the front speaker.
rear and lfe are dead (as mono WAVs in vegas do they work).

Yes, the preview of DVD-A is only a stereo downmix. Since DVD-A sound anyway can not be changed, the interception of the 5.1-sounds, especially during the mixing of importance in Vegas.
If the file but with the 5.1-template as AC3 rendered out of Vegas was, it remains synonymous in DVD-A 5.1 unchanged, synonymous when previewing a stereo downmix makes. Even the burned DVD is 5.1, unless the project settings in DVD-A are taken into account.

as a background medium probiert, a stereo file on the timeline and the audio properties are 48khz, 5.1 (stereoabmischung).
did with it and without direct-soundmapper tried.
