Frage von dirk76:Hello,
I have two questions about Final Cut Express:
Can I use this program with MPEG2 and MPEG4 and if I import a movie of a video camera, I can then import the same individual sequences (ie of stop to stop) as a single store movies and how does it work?
I would be very happy about your help.
Thank you, Dirk
Antwort von Mohojote:
That means you think that is the scene separation?
So that FCE whenever a new clip is created when the next scene begins?
If you do it like me, I think that the FCE should actually make default.
If you have MPEG-4, you want to export the finished movie for the iPod. Since the iPod is now even MPEG-4 player and is only playing this format and accepted.
Since I have not even FCE I can only tell you what I know.
How exportierst you actually produce your movies?
Antwort von Mohojote:
Sorry.
As I understood well what fasch.
So even as each editing program under 100 ¬ for the Pc the MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 codec and dominated more or less can handle it, be at an Apple product such as FCE (that is already more expensive) actually no problem.
How are your previous experiences with the software?
Recommendable?
Antwort von PowerMac:
I'm not so sure. I wanted this morning, an MPEG-4 file and import it was not. I've only professional formats to do so.
Antwort von Mohojote:
PowerMac? You again? ;)
Hello.
I think this should really be standard with the MPEG-2 and 4 processing.
What is FCE so?
Professionally?
Antwort von Mohojote:
The datasheet of FCE:
http://www.apple.com/de/finalcutexpress/specs.html
Unfortunately, since nothing of import MPEG-4.
But:
[... iMovie file import with effects, transitions and audio levels ...]
iMovie dominated but MPEG-4 or?
If so, I think wärs times worth a try.
Antwort von PowerMac:
Ich hab grad an MPEG-4-File and I get around it Verrecken not out. The shit is not with Quicktime, or MPEG Streamclip to convert Cleaner. Either it breaks s.oder exports has 10fps instead of 25th And a direct import into Final Cut Pro does not. Tolle Wurst. Scheiss Amateuer format!
Antwort von Mohojote:
Do you think it would go, as I would try it?
Antwort von PowerMac:
No.. Not with my file. Basically, with MPEG-4 sure;)
