That will not happen, unfortunately, sometimes there are already problems opening projects from earlier versions, but not at gehts vice versa, according to my experiences. The Magix own MVD format changes of release to release something, just synonymous, so that you edit a movie with the new demo version and then you can burn with an older version. Thou shalt indeed ultimately buy the newest product.
