hello, I'm graf photo / photo designer ond in florida need a quick course in editing, my colleague was in India with an Italian dp, they have several hours of film on mini dv pal and I have herrausfinden as we all bear witness of / can edit. have no idea of avid or final cut, but knows that there are problems with pal to ntsc conversions there.
suggestions please.

The conversion of PAL to NTSC is not a problem, but should s.Ende the process happen. Edit your source material in PAL, the finished material can cut you into NTSC output (choose the setting NTSC/29, 967fps).
